As I understand you are using a registration… What type of CLI is Voiceflex waiting from Samsung? You can make a traceroute and find on it disconnect reason, or send it to me. I’ll try to find a reason…

What CLI table have you programmed in the sip options?
What number do you have in the corresponding cli table for the extension you are calling out on?
Also what do you have set as the Default DIL number in the sip options?
The system will send that out as the cli if there is nothing in the cli table you specified for the extension you are dialing out from

Hi
The trace shows that it trys to authenticate with Voiceflexs servers by using the CLI i have set in table 1.
The default DIL number is the SIP account number, if this isnt in then the 7200 will not register with the SIP servers.
My SIP Server Settings are as follows:
Gateway Caller ID: 844****8 Default DIL Number: 844****8
Caller ID: ANI Send CLI Table: 1 Incoming Mode: Follow DID Trans Register Per User: Disable Regist Trunk-GW Number: 844****8 Proxy Domain: sip.voiceflex.com Gateway User ID: 844****8
I have tried alsorts of variations on the above and nothing allows me to send DDI numbers as CLI

Hi folks I would have to agree with the original poster on this. We have yet to find a way to change the CLI on a SIP trunk without it automatically changing the authentication name to the same value. As a workaround, note that Voiceflex allows you to set the CLI on the web-portal. The limitation is that you can only set one CLI for all calls over that trunk. We are working with Samsung to improve compatibility issues such as this one. Good luck! Regards, Richard PS: I would like to add that the registration process that I had to endure to post this reply is completely absurd, and the admins should consider revising it. -- Richard Brady VoIP Engineer Voiceflex t: +44 (0)207 4202 757 f: +44 (0)207 4401 817 w: www.voiceflex.com
