Just looking for some ideas for IDCS 100. In RP 1 I have all lines directed to group 500 and in RP 2 set to go to 519. I have used a key programed for RTO, RP and RP2. For the RTO and RP keys its asks for the pw then the RP number the RP 2 key justs asks for the pw then all 3 will display RTO assigned but RP doesn't change. It still rings 500 the RP2 key never lights up to say it's in RP2. If I swap the RP1 and RP2 destinations voicemail does answer and it won't change to the 500 group. :bang:
I checked COS and made sure the stations have Ring Plan set to yes and I've tried putting times in the automatic times and it doesn't seem to matter it just won't change.
