i have install the the system and all is working fine. the only poblem i have is only one of the phones ring when they call in all other phones i can't even pick up the line when ringing how can i fix this problem please.

Add the other (non ringing) phones to ring group 500

I think it's in MMC 600 where you add to group 500.

Hopalong thanks that worked. Pvj i do have the instructions is just a little confusing some times is a really big instruction.
