I have a subscriber who has VM setup but we are unable to leave her a message. I have gone in the VM admin and deleted the VM box and then recreated it. She re-recorded her greeting and such but same issue, the greeting plays, then the system says thank you and goodbye without leaving us the option to leave her a voice mail. Please help... thanks...

make sure the mb is turned on in the system also
