but now suddenly it is working

Most likely you have a Cadence VM in a slot inside the main or an expansion cabinet.
Most likely you have a dying hard drive.
The hard drive in this unit can be replaced but you would lose all your messages.
Do you have a regular Samsung dealer that maintains your system?
