Hey all,
I have a customer with an )S7200 and expansion cabinet. There is an MGI card and a TEPRI card in each.
The problem I have is that from time to time, at random, the IP phones go down and in the alarm log all it tells me is (MJE04) The MGI is blocked and is not responding to the system via the network link. It then restarts. Some restarts (indeed cold system restarts) are successful but only for abou 15mins - then the IP phones go down again.
Has anyone any suggestions before this 33 yr old starts to initiate manual balding!!!!!!
Cheers in advance,
