Hiya
I have several DDI's running on our Samsung OS7400 system, over two sites, and basically, the main Sales DDI often transfer calls to a seperate group, which are VOIP phones, by pressing TRNSF 501
In this instance, the customer on the phone just gets a ring tone, and not the same comfort messages that someone directly ringing the DDI for that group gets.
Can you program the system to enable the same comfort messages to play from a transfer to group instead of a DDI call?

What you need to do is turn on MOH transfer.
