Is there a way to have one of the analogue ext. forwarded to an outside cell number so the attendant could just transfer an outside call to this ext to be automatically routed to a personal cell phone. Thanks in advance.

As long as you have Ext CFWD enabled for the phone, you should be able to CFWD calls to an outside number, but the quality of the connection many times isn't the greatest. Just follow the instructions in the SLT users guide. If you need the SLT guide, PM me and I'll send it to you.
