How do you route different DID's to different Auto Attendants in the 7200. The voicemail is SVMi-20E. Complete confusion!!

route to phantom analog extensions, that are forwarded to SVMI, then use the svmi to inward translate that phantom analog to the AA of your choice

Sometimes there ARE ghosts in the machine. I use MSN Live, ask me for the addy if you want.

ok got it. Yeah that seems to work. Can you route a phantom analog ext to a menu in the voicemail though?

Why don't you set up in Menu, Direct Trunk to have the DID number go to a Menu Block with the Greeting for the number. Alot more flexible than a VMB.
