Has Anyone experinced issues with a call foward immediate on the OS500. I have a PRI with did's ringing directly to the ext's. When i foward the ext immeditaly to an off site number it does not foward if i call the DID. If i manualy transfer the call to the ext it fowards. If i set a foward no answer to a cell it works. I am not sure if it is an software problem or a carrier issue!

The calls foward when there is no answer. It only fails when it is a fowarded immediatly. I thought the call foward delay timer only applied to a call foward no answer call.

It depends on what version your system is. Earlier versions could do external forward but was controlled by a system wide timer as bmreen states, the 'external call forward timer'. More recent versions have the ability to forward externally with all types of diversion, ie immediate, no answer, busy and DND.
