Hi guys,
I’ve multi sites Samsung SPNet VoIp full working system installed 6 month ago .The main place is OS 7400 and all the remote sites are OS 7100 (all Samsung installed with ver, 4.14k with TEPRI 4.24 and MGI’s 16 1.20 on the main place). All the trunk outgoing calls goes thru the PRI on the 7400 and everything it’s ok except for the new long distance accounting codes installed on the PRI by the client. The first parameter changed ISDN PROGCON :ON on the main place and OFF in the remotes sites, so after 11 digits dialing on the main place the provider ask you for the password xx… and the call goes thru. Now on all the remotes sites if you do the 11 digits dialing and after the provider message you enter the password the digits never goes thru !!!.We already changed the DTMF TYPE for MGI’s main and remote for INBAND(RFC…), no results and VoIP MFRALOC to ON both main and remotes sites again no digits accepted after the provider answer only on the remotes sites!!!.
The last logical VoIP SPNet MMC(we tried somme nonrelated Samsung MMC) was SMDR capture on the main site and YES no digits after the normal 11 digits number !!!!.Sorry guys ,do I miss something ?

Make sure DTMF to SPNet is switched on, as by default this is switched off
