Has anybody had problems with lines locking up in VM/AA on the officeserv 7100?

I first thought it was due to the clear disconnect on analogue lines from BT but I dont think this is the case, becuase I also have another installation that has isdn2 lines and periodically the vm ports lockup and won't answer until the system is reset.
The system I am currently having problems with has 2 analogue lines and 1 port vm and has already been upgraded to v4.14. This system has been in for about 2 years now without any problems until about a month ago. The problem is that both lines are answered by AA and then transfered, but after the 1st caller has hung up the vm port is locked to the 2nd caller. At this point the system is innoperable until reset. Anybody any ideas ?? Thanks

Try a VM default first of all to see if that clears it

Had the same problem turned out to be disconnex clear times dont take the word of the faults operator ask to speak to a engineer should be 800ms as default
