I have a customer with a small 2 port svmi voice mail that keeps sending a message to the reception phone that states vm halted. Then a little while latter they receive a message that vm started. This will happen at different times during the day. Does this mean that the vm is dying?

What system is it in? Is this an SVMi2e in a DS616 or maybe an old SVMi4 in a compact?
If it is the DS616 also called a DS16, it may be the power supply going bad.
