It has been some time since I've had to ask for help, but this one is a good one I think. I know that ver 4.22 was going to fix the problem with the OS7100 time problem changing. So I upgraded a system from 4.14 to 4.22 no problem. However now what I get is the Year will change sometimes forward then other times backwards. It keeps the right date and time, so therefore that would not be a problem if I were not using ring plans. When the year changes the date does not fall on the same day of the week, causing the system to go into weekend mood. I have checked for any alarms to the system but none. The other thing is this system is connected over the internet to another 7100. It is not having this problem.

Im at a lose

Thanks
Mike

You will need to upgrade to 4.22b This is the version that is "supposed to fix" the date and time issue.

Also if you have ISDN line card in your system, some times your network sends the wrong details out and the time and date will go up and down, you can turn the network time feature off in xxx - and the time issue in system software should not be there in your version of software, if you need an update on software I can email latest version across

Since you have the problem system "connected" (i assume spnet trunking) to another system, you can set the problem system to sync with the other one.
This also assumes the systems are in the same time zone

Hi

csi.orange

Probably not a good idea to send our friend in Alaska an Australian software release.
