Has any one had an issue with a OS7200 with a clicking sound on the basic rate (ISDN) lines, have run a bert test on the lines for 15 minutes, with no errors, have reloacted NT1's, have fitted thiroid transformers on all lines, site had no issues until I changed from our os 500 to the os 7200, This our own system and we have just about tried every thing including the following:
1 - changed basic rate card - twice 2 - upgraded software 3 - changed cabinet - twice (one cabinet had faulty 2nd row back plane) 4 - changed dli cards & analogue cards 5 - changed mgi card 6 - removed voice mail card 7 - lost all hair by now 8 - Called Samsung support Australia, checked all software versions, advised to change processor, did this again but still the tick is there, returned to old processor as system is fully licensed and painful to reapply.
Help - Robert

Don't be surprised if you get a blank stare and strange questions from the US guys on BRI it's not very common here.

Services are provisioned over standard copper lines to a NT1 adaptor then to the phone system.
BRI over here is in a big way, 80% of our system sales have BRI trunks (Basic Rate ISDN).

Ok so I guess I should be clear. How is the BRI set up. BRI-trunk or BRI-station, as a point to point or point to multi point? Are you set as a-law or u-law?
Is the "clicking" constant or?

The card slot issue was resolved early in system releases here and we don't put cards in any of the top row.
