You can change the priority of each slot in the 8's somewere. Maybe worth a look.

What slot is the BRi Card in?, single or double cabinet? We too are big uses of Basic Rate, in the range of 80%

Card is in the 1st slot in the second row, single cabinet configuration -
cards as follows:
slot 0 processor, slot 1 16 dli, slot 2 combo card, slot 3 BRI card, slot 4 MGI, slot 5 Voice mail
Cable from Nt1 to cabinet half metre standard cat 5e patch lead (factory made)

There was a problem early on with clicking on BRI in OS7200's.
It was the cards.
The clocking chip is on the MCP card, but you have already ruled this out.
Does it happen in default? (ie no programming with only the MCP, DLI, BRI card in, with country set to AU)

You don't happen to have some BRI tellulars by chance? they have been known to cause this issue

Over here Tellular units were cellular trunks so I'm guessing that it is a Basic Rate via the cellular network.
