The default message on emails sent from our OS500 system say "Voice Message From Number XXX Sent DATE/TIME"
The DATE/TIME that is on the message show the time of the system and not the time relative to the person(s) who receive them in different time zones.
Is there a way to change this or to alter/customize the subject line?

I don't see were you can. But I have been wrong before. When the system receives a msg call it can not adjust it to the time on an ip phone.

WRichey is correct about the time adjusting itself. But if you are using Outlook you can open the email change the subject line then attempt to close it you will be asked if you want to save the changes. I use this all the time to put a brief description of what the message was about or whom it was from. Good Luck
