Do you need the RCM2 card if the OS7200 is going to use PRI? There are analog phones on the system that will require CID.

You do not need a RCM2 card for caller ID to digital phones when using a PRI but the manual states that you do need one for caller ID to analog ports. I'm not sure but I believe you need the MWSLI16 card for Caller ID to SLI ports
