We're using a samsung 7200 with officeserv call running on about 20 PC's. We have a small call center and have set officeserv to pop the appropriate webpage for each incoming call based on client ID. The issue that we have is that computers have multiple users, and when ever a new user signs in we need to reconfigure officeserv call. The biggest pain is that it always complains about the pbook.mdb

Does anyone know where officeserv call saves it's settings? Particulary the location of pbook.mdb and the extension it should be listening to. Ideally I'd like to make the settings on each machine apply accross all users. Any help or further documentation on officeserv would be appreciated.
