Three Officeserv 7200 are remotely connected over a point to point circuits. One has an svmi20e voicemal system that the other two hit.
If I dial 5039 from any of the systems it will take me to the auto attendant / voice mail.
If I call an extension at remote site 1, it will forward the call to the voice mail system because of the busy/no answer settings.
If I call an extension at remote site 2, it will not forward the call to the voice mail system.
I have verified that my settings in menu 5.15.6 are the same between the systems.
I have verified that my network settings in menus 3.1 thru 3.3 handles 50 in the same way.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Check Menu 5.14.6 intercom external foward must be on.
