on the 7400, there is RPO 1 and RPO 2. 1 follows day mode with the Voice Mail and RPO 2 follows night mode, Voice Mail included. Can RPO 3, or 4, follow say, lunch, holiday, or weekend mode, with the voice mail following suit?

Yes with the new 4.30 software coming in June the system will be able to match not only modes 1 and 2 but also 3 through 6. You can also accomplish it with all prior versions but you have to trail through a virtual extension or station group to grab a different forwarding id and set some parameters in the voicemail to react to it.
