Hi all

I have installed a Polycom HDX8000, I am looking to connect it to the S0 Bus of a 2bri module in a os7400.

I have the polycom Quad BRI TA, however i am getting no connectivity between the to, I have set the OS Bri module to S0 Bus (exts).

Has anyone connected these two before ? Is there an issue where the polycom maybe looking for ISDN timing, but the S0 bus isnt providing timings ?

I am not familiar with a 2BRI on the OS7400 as we don't have such a card here in AU, but if its anything like the 4BRI then are you connecting the Polcom to the S0 Bus ports? (labeled P1-S, P2-S, and so on) and have switched on the dip switches to enable the 50ohm terminating resistors?

Done all the required programming in the MMC's?

sorted this out, the bri card will not work correctly in a 7400 system when it has a 7200 second chassis and the bri is located in the second chassis.

Swaped with the mgi in the primary chassis and all working fine
