I have an OS7030 in two locations in the same city. Both have fixed IP broadband. Is there a checklist/guide to linking the two sites so that site A can dial site B as a normal extension? Do you need to forward ports on the router each end?
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Hi Brendan,
If you are going to be setting up SPNet across the internet, you will need to open some ports. I believe if you search the Samsung section, you will find the ports that need to be opened.
As far a guide... you need to be certified by Samsung to setup SPNet. With that said... if you are using IT you might be able to get it working with some help, but that goes beyond what is offered in the public forum.
I will send you more details in a PM.
