Customer wants to have certain extensions able to answer incoming calls and in-house transfer only, no dialing out. Should I remove trunks - MMCxxx - from these extensions, or should I establish station and trunk use groups - MMCxxx, MMCxxx? Thanks in advance!

Just move those extensions to a different COS that does not allow for making outbound calls.

MMCxxx - Would I select NO for DTS to block these extensions from making outbound calls? Do I need to create a station group for these extensions or just COS?
EDIT: Please do not post tech level MMCs.

No...
Move those extensions to a different COS and then change the Toll Level for the new COS to H. By default, Toll Level A is unrestricted and Toll Level H only allows for internal calls.
