Customer has DCS system with 24 button LCD phones, People calling in complaining of low volume on one extension only. I've swapped out the phone, cable and station port on cabinet and she still sounds low. I honestly think the problem is she speaks softly. Is there an amplified handset for these phones?

As far as I know, there are no amplified handsets for the Samsung phones.
Have you suggested a headset?
Also check to make sure she isn't holding the handset under her chin. We had a customer who swore they had bad phones until we took a picture of how the receptionist was holding the phone. Once we got her to hold the phone in front of her mouth, the call quality improved.

I always tell the story of a Bad Paging system.
We spent several visits.....fine tuning volume, changing Taps in Warehouse horns....Bass, Treble. Tested with the Receptionist....Tested with the Back up/Lunch Receptionists...Office manager... Changed transmitter in Handset (yes, has an effect, old school)
We would leave....they seemed Happy.... "Try it for a week and let us know"
Sure enough....they would call back and complain. Finally...I guess they sensed my frustration and Disbelief in the Trouble Report, if it was valid.
She said go talk to the guys in the warehouse. They said: "sure....whenever Joe pages we can't understand him"
I track down Joe......
He has a hairlip and a Speech Impediment !!!!!! I could barely understand him standing in front of him.
I thanked him for his help, changed his handset and told the Receptionist not to call me again. She should place all pages for Joe
I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHING THE OPERATOR !!!!!
Although I did have a Lady who Dialed a "1" (one) with her voice..... When Paging on a two-digit-voice/three-digit-Ring Intercom, The PA would start ringing....... heerad that third digit!

I've used Walker's W7 amplified transmit handsets before, not on a DCS… Sandman says they can build just about any type you want; Walker doesn’t list the DCS in their compatibility guide... Call them Sandman Walker Choice

I've used a head set amplifier inbetween the phone and the handpiece and set the dip switches to suit and it works fine, unit was a budget amp, make sure you get one with a power pack other wise you will get called back in 20 days
