I have a Idcs 100 that does not power up completely. the phones power up to show their revision number but the system doesn't show a heartbeat. I took voltage radings coming from the power supply and found that the -55v was ok but the +5v was at .459v. I need to know whether I need to replace the whole cabinet or if swapping out the power supply will bring the system back to life?

Not sure on power levels but have a look at the 2 caps on the right of the PSU if they are raised or leaking then a new psu or caps will usually sort you out.

The power supply problem is a known issue with the 616 and 100 series. Just replace the power supply and you should be good to go.

Replacing the power supply did solve the problem. I ended up having to replace a digital card as well..
THanks
