Is there any way to reset the tech password on a idcs100 other than defaulting and reprogramming the whole sysem. The old phone guy passed away and his partner moved out of the area and I have inherited this phone system.

Yes charlie there is a way but i am unable to let you know .try your tech support they might want a fax from the customer and they could let you know

I have only had to do it once.
You need to send to Tech Support a letter from the customer(on their letterhead) and the company you work for requesting the password change.
