I am trying to get CID to work on a this system in our office. I have a TRK_C1 and TRK_A1 and the EXPN_A1 card that are needed for CID. I set the keyset up to display CID info. Still don't see the CID on the keyset. I saw info re: special software version that the system has to have (which adds CID) but how do I tell if I have it. My System Version displays a ROM version of 99.04.20 V4.2 when I use MMC 727 to display it. Is there any thing else I can do at the operator keyset to get CID displayed? Thanks,
Brian

Thanks for assist MMCXXX was the main problem
Tried MMCXXX Clip Translation but apparently that is for number CID only. As I receive names and numbers from AT&T I struck out with that.
-------------- Thanks again.
Brian
EDIT: Edited to removed MMCs.
