I have Dataview on a 7100 in a law office. the lawyer wants to bill her clients based on call talk time and to the incoming/ outgoing number. i was told this could be exported to an excel file where the caller ID would be displayed. i played with Dataview for a long time and could not figure out how to make the export with the caller id captured. any thought how to make this happen?

Do you have Microsoft Office Suite loaded on the CTI server? Thats needed before you can open up the reports in an execl spread sheet. Once you can do that it should be a copy and paste procedure. Hope this helps

In DataView, is there a place to see the Caller ID? I can't find one.
