Anybody no how to call in and record greetings on an AA card remotely on a DCS. It is automated, and it is up and working just need to vhange a greeting?

IF its an aaa card you have to program -u+sing telephone on site (not forgetting if you do no one messager you lose all the other messages) If it is an voicemail card you can do it remotely but cant be sure of the quilty of speech

As far as I know you have to do it onsite via a programmed handset. But as Gerrya points out, if someone stupidly programmed the welcome message at memory slot 01, replacing it will wipe all message behind it. Samsung suggest you always put frequently changed message up the end of the program and basic recordings like "Transferring you now" or "Welcome" up front as they won't change likely ever.
