I just installed and configured starmail on a prostar 816 plus system, all is working great with 1 exception, I cannot get the MSG light to display when a message is waiting (816 keyset). I am using the standard extensions 21-26 for both the extension number and voicemail box. From what I read this is supposed to work automatically if the extension and VM box are the same, but when it didn't I programmed function 540 and assigned the light to my extension. Any ideas on how to get this to work?
TIA

Are you using both ports like I had mentioned to you? If not there is your answer.
