yes- I did a restart, after clearing the buffer and it still came up with the 2 codes-

Check the wiring for the external page horn and check the area you were working in on the 66 block. The alarm is to advise you the system is seeing a short somewhere.

update:
I tried to use FC 57- passcode incorrect. went and did a master reset via mmc 101 back to default. Then tried FC 57 again , still comes up as passcode incorrect.
any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Do a fc57 pw8765. The contact alarm passcode is in mmc 202

so looking into it, I need the alarm clear passcode (not the same as system or unit). As the tech that set up the system is gone, I have no back up literature, nor do i know where to find it- any ideas?
