Hello,

I have one mailbox on my OfficeServ 7400 (SVMi-20E) that the system keeps deleting (of all people, it's my boss's mailbox..go figure). I can't find out why it's deleting this mailbox (Extension is still there), I see the log where it looks like system maintenance it wiping the mailbox:

NOTICE - Fri Jul 31 3:01:12 2009
System maintainance complete

NOTICE - Fri Jul 31 12:18:00 2009
Block [MBX 01 EXT 7540] deleted

Has anyone ever ran into this problem before? I searched the forums and could not find a relating issue.

Off Subject: Did you notice that 'maintainance' is spelled wrong when the system creates the log.

Thanks,

Jimmy Gray

Check your settings in the phone system. If this is happening after the reboot during maintenance, it is because "download" mailbox is set to yes and no mailbox is set for that extension in the switch.
