we have a 7100 and a 7400 that when it sends an email there is not a 'from address', so when it gets to the email box it ends up in the spam. I have a valid address in the 'from address' but it will not show up when an email is sent, any ideas?

Try setting the reply to address in the system wide parameters block table.
