Has anyone noticed that the Samsung dealer locator does no seem to work anymore no matter the zip code?

People are going to think that Samsung no longer sells phone systems if the searches are coming up blank for everything and might take their business to a competitor.

I have searched with a 95 mile range in large cities and came up with 0 results.

The old dealer locator is not working. It has been revised to work differently because of dealer request. When you click the links at Samsung they will not take you to the one you are posting. HERE is the new dealer locator. It will email the RSM for that region. That RSM will in turn get you in contact with the consumer.

This is much improved over the old dealer locator.

-Update: Just ignore this post. I think it was an issue with my firefox web browser. Maybe I need to reinstall it or maybe it is just not work with firefox in general.

Samsung does not support Firefox in general. It's not supported for GSBN and it's not supported if you try to use for programming a system through the web interface.

Will it work? For some things yes, for others no.

Looks like the old one is working for me, when I put my zip code in, it shows me.
