Prostar 816 Plus w/4kts expansion. I have a phone in one of our buildings that seems to have a problem with internal pages. If from any other phone we do a global page the remote phone works fine (you can hear the page), if from any other phone you try to page this phone directly it just rings. I have checked #32 and paging is allowed and #68 and it is set to 0 (include in all pages)... any ideas? The new phone is installed on using the expansion card. Is it possible it could have to do with the phone line itself? due to the proximity of the phone from the KSU I had to make a line.

Is the phone in the paging group dont know the prostar816 but i believe you have to be in paging group to work

That sounds more like auto answer is not active on that extension. From the extension press #10 then 1 then # and see if that works for you.
