Hello,
I have a digital phone on my OfficeServ 7400 system (SVMi20) that shows '1 new SM Message' on the display. I am not familiar with 'SM' I have seen '1 New VM MSG' but not 'SM Message'. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

I think you are getting a station message. On the 500 it just says 1 new message. You should be able to dial 43 to check it. I think it will just call whoever left the message and when they answer, it will clear. I hope this helps, Ryan

Does anyone use Easyset? SM messages are sent using the Easyset software and the only way I know to clear them is through Easyset.

That was it. I didn't know that EasySet had that feature..and just to think, I use it just about everyday..lol. Thanks again sir!
