The below equipment was recently dropped in my lap. I have no software to access system. I have to learn this old stuff, so please bear with me.
Voice Mail software is Samsung Cadence Ver 1.1Rdi by Telekol Corporation
Build 3830483 09.01.99
Driver R7.112
IPC Driver Version 1.1
Fax Driver 1.2
Voice Mail hardware is Samsung Cadence Voice Mail System W/CVM8A Card
Phone System hardware is Samsung DCS 50SI Phone Switch
Phone System software is Version 2.0
Our operator extension is 200. I need to make extension 206 ring everytime extension 200 rings. Suggestions? Looks like I need to setup a station group.
How can I determine what stations groups are already defined?
How can I get a list of all MMC's, and some instructions on sending using them?

Brian,
The system except for the Cadence can be programmed from any display keyset.You are correct that you can set up a station group and include the 2 extensions in it to ring at the same time.To see what station groups are defined you need to look at the station group programming .
There is a link at the top of the page that may help you with a manual which is a good thing to have.

|

Not on a 50Si you can't use station pair.
