This is the scenario. Calls into a SIP trunk being answered by the AA. Caller dials an extension. The extension is answered. The outside caller cant hear the inside party for about 3 seconds.
Redirect that DID directly to an extension and there is no delay. Only calls being answered and transfer by the AA is there a delay. The voicemail is releasing the call. No partial etc... supervision. This is verified thru hyper term. The extension is dialed and the voicemail hangs up. Even if you let the internal extension ring a few rings still a delay. Any ideas are appreciated.
FYI I have the same settings on my 7200 with out any issues with the same carrier (BroadVox).

Check under your SIP ISP settings. Change supplementary type to Samsung. Should correct the issue.

Marc, you know I am a old school key set programmer! LOL Check through the phone. I am sure one of the PBX managed choices is the correct one. In the key set you will see Samsung as a choice.
