We have two IDCS 500 systems connected through a T1 line. On the same T1 one we transfer a lot of data between the two points. When ever the T1 line is maxed out it seems to make calling between the two locations impossible even after all the data is done tranfering. It will flash out of order when trying to dial an extension from the other location. Only way i've found of getting it back working is restarting both systems. The company that installed it for us was no help. Wondering if anyone else has ever seen this problem and point us in the right direction of getting it fixed.
Thanks

You need to prioritize the UDP traffic/ports used by the 500 with your routers. Stop the other data from choking off your voice calls. Some older routers can still do it, just prioritize the IP assigned to the MGI on both sides (similar to what gamers do).
