Quick question- I only look at the Samsung forum questions so i am not too familiar with other products (Samsung is our primary product line). How do the problems listed in this forum stack up against other problems with other products? Is Samsung more prone to problems than other systems?

I would say it's pretty even across the board, Samsung is just as good and reliable as the other major products.

I agree with Russ, they all have ups and downs. Once you are familiar with one product it's best to stick with and sell what you know. It’s about the same as having a spouse. Now ladies I did say spouse so don't beat me up.
