Office Serve 7400 that has two MOH devices. Internal calls placed on hold hear the correct device. However external calls coming into the office placed on hold hear nothing.
Any advice would be appreciated?
Thanks, Westcott

This as it turns out was a software upgrade issue with V4.2.4. Samsung has forwarded a patch. Ouch. Thanks to you who offered advice.
Thanks, Westcott
