Hey Guys, new to this group. I had a tech go by a client's office and activate a couple of single line ports on an older samsung system don't have the model of the system but I'm sure it's over 10 years old. Anyway when he got the single lines programmed up and running, I just got a call from the customer that the directed call pickup quit working. My installer can't get back until next week, he has the books, etc. Customer wants it fixed tomorrow. Any help appreciated.
I have a call in for the model of the system, it has two cabinets with voice mail. Does Samsung have a tech support number that anyone out there has?
Thanks For Your Help!!!

If it's 10 years old, 2 cabinets with a voice mail, It's probally a full size DCS with a Cadence Voice mail if card in system or a Star Mail if external. Buttons on phones can be programmed as DP(XXX) for direct pick-up of ringing station.

I hate to bust your bubble but that is a default featue code 66 for direct pick up,& program XXX is not a installer access code its the location after you gain access with the the proper level to program system.

Again, do not post installer level MMC's

I believe it cannot be accessed from the user programming level access, but requires the technician password. Number Plan is not user level.
