I have a customer with a 7200 and SVMi-20E. The voicemail mysteriously shuts down in the evenings intermittantly. The system log simply shows "System halt Requested"
The customer had a falling out with the original installer and originally suspected him to be logging in and shutting it down. I changed the admin passcodes but it has happened 2 more times since.
Has anyone else encountered this type of problem?

System halt requests come from the switch. Did you change the passcode on the switch and the voicemail?

Yes, I changed both passcodes.
