Hello,

Recently received this refurbished phone. I can barely hear the dial tone, therefore I i to take/make all my calls via speaker! I don't know if I disabled this somehow or if it simply went bad on me? I can't find a user manual and have tried downloading a couple, but so far none of them are specific to this model. Also, can anyone help me on how to program this phone to stop ringing?

I believe you are correct. Tried it on another phone and it is the same. Too bad, we just got this 2 weeks ago. Hard lesson learned when purchasing refurbished items. Can you tell me how to program this phone to stop ringing? I can continue to use my speaker as long as I don't get the distraction of the ringing.

To get a phone to stop ringing on incoming calls requires changes to tech level programming. You will need to contact your dealer.

If you know what group number the calls are coming into and what group you are a member of you can press 53 XXX(group number) 0 and log yourself out of the group and that will make it stop ringing

Our tech support has gone out of business. We have absolutely no information to refer to. That includes gruop member info etc.

Nicki,

Where are you located in Arizona? I'm sure we can find someone in your area that can help.
