Hi folks. I'm relatively new to this product and have been learning it as I go. The issue I'm having is that the overflow does not appear to be triggering.
During a test, the hunt group kept ringing well past the time it was supposed to release to the overflow extension.
Running an MP5000 System, Release 220.11, Feature set 2.0, Network version 550
In VMMI, station hunting, it's set up with the following: overflow extension: 1100 (the operator) Hunt group members: about 10 entries Name: Appoint Full Name: blank Search Type: Ring All Call Advance Time: 20 sec Overflow Time: 2 min Recall Time: 2 min Queue ringing calls: yes incoming digits display: yes (though not working either it seems) Multiple Call: no Use Pilot number as voice mail id: no All other options: none
Any idea what is holding it up?

Try setting your recall time longer or your overflow time shorter
