pmosca, This is what my key programming table looks like with IT tool - 1 CALL 105 2 CALL 137 3 CALL 42 4 CALL 45 5 CALL 98 6 CALL 138 7 VG 3638 8 RP 137 9 RP 105 10 RTO 11 12 13 14 VT 3000
But over keyset -
1 CALL 1 2 CALL 2 3 CALL 3 4 CALL 4 5 CALL 5 6 CALL 6 7 VG 3638 8 RP 1 9 RP 2 10 RTO 11 12 13 14 VT 3000
And everything works fine.

Wiggy,
Thanks for the information. I have found a couple of possible bugs with 1.40 that causes the data to not be displayed properly through IT. When checked through a keyset, the data is correct.

Even if i roll my IT Tool back to v1.30 i still get the same results. Maybe using v1.40 has corrupt database??

I doubt it has corrupted the database. I haven't seen the problem in 1.30, but it could be a problem with that version as well. Here in the North American market, 1.40 is still in pre-release and 1.30 is the current release.

Sorry about that...
OK so I changed set the FWRD=1 via keyset. And the forwarding worked on the phones. I coul dturn it off and on, just fine.
BUT, I then exit keyset, go into IT and it shows the FWRD=193. If I don't make any changes in IT and save, then the FWRD= BLANK and the feature stops working. So it must be the IT software displaying it incorrect, but then a resave is taking it as a 193, which is not accepting it and probably dumping it.
This is a big problem. Since if I go in and make other changes and save it will affect this.

It's what I thought the problem would be... IT is not seeing the data properly, that's why I said to enter it through the keyset. Once the data is entered through the keyset do NOT go into IT and re-save the data. IT is not displaying the data properly and clicking save will corrupt the data. It will not corrupt the entire database, just that load.
Just to verify, you are using IT version 1.30b and the software on the system is v4.30i. Is that correct?

If possible can you guys let me know what operating system you're running on your PCs that are having this issue?
I'm trying to reproduce it here and struggling to do so, so I want to be sure I am doing exactly what you guys are doing.
Thanks! Shawn

We use XP Pro, 32bit. Where can I find/download the latest IT software? I'd like to try installing it on another PC to see if the same thing occurs.
