@Wiggy - I'm not sure a database would help me or you as you guys use a slightly different compilation of the V4.30i software than we use in the US.

I am having trouble reproducing this in house, though, so...

*Update*

Samsung Tech Support say " Databse corrupt and need to re-write with IT Tool v1.40" Im not convinced but will try at the weekend.

No, had this issue with 7400 on 4.30k.

Roll it back to 4.21c, convert database.
then upgrade back to 4.30k, convert database.

Problem will go away
