I need advise on adding additional stations to our system. We currently have 8 stations. I believe to go past 8 we need an additional card installed.
Our current sytem is the following:
9 lines in from TelCo
8 - iDCS 18D stations
1 - iDCS 100 system:
ROM: B1.43
slot 1 6TRK
slot 2 6TRK
slot 3 SVMi-4 v4.1
If someone would let me know what card we would need to expand past 8 stations and the name of some techs in our area.
We're in Rochester, NY and the company who installed our system around 4 years ago does not want to service it anymore (not sure what happened... somethign prior to me working here I'm guessing).

You need to add an expansion cabinet and a station card. Or you need to install daughter cards in the phones and run the new stations from them.
