This is a weird one. Ever since i upgraded this 7200 to 4.30i, it has 5 extensions that have at least 1 voice mail message displayed when they come in each morning. When they check it, there's nothing there and the indicator goes away. This happens every day, but only to these 5 phones. I know that 4.30i added some vm embellishments, but it shouldn't cause this to happen. I've completely deleted all 5 mail boxes and set them up again twice in an effort to clear out whatever is causing this and nothing seems to cure it. Other than hiring an exorcist, any ideas would be welcome at this point. Thanks in advance!

Are these extensions part of a group mailbox that delivers mssages to them?

No. There are no group mailboxes on the system. However, I have not yet upgraded the SVMi-20 to the latest software and although it shouldn't cause this to happen, it just may fix it. I plan on doing the SVMi-20 update tonight. Thanks for the response!
